Terms and Conditions

Courses are normally held at the Hilton Swindon (website www.hilton.co.uk/swindon).

Lunches and refreshments are included in the course price, and overnight accommodation can be arranged on request (not included in the price).

A 75% refund of the course fee will be given on any cancellation made in writing at least 14 days prior to the commencement date of the course, and otherwise at our discretion.

No charge will be made for substitutions, although please inform us of any changes.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course, or to change its venue. In this event a 100% refund of the course fee will be offered.
