Terms and Conditions
Courses are normally held at a major hotel in
the Swindon area or, for smaller groups, at our
training facility close to Swindon.
Lunches and refreshments are included in the
course price, and overnight accommodation can be
arranged on request (not included in the price).
A 75% refund of the course fee will be given on
any cancellation received in writing at least 28
days prior to the commencement date of the
course, and otherwise at our discretion.
No charge will be made for substitutions,
although please inform us of any changes.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any
course, or to change its venue. In this event a
100% refund of the course fee will
be offered. In
booking a course the client accepts that this
will be the full extent of our liability and
that we shall not be held liable for any other
costs incurred.
